We're partnering with a fast-growing Fintech startup on a mission to transform how India manages credit. Backed by leading global investors, they're building an AI-powered platform that helps users track, improve, and protect their credit health-while unlocking smarter financial journeys.

What You'll Do:

1) Manage and scale digital acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

2) Drive experimentation and optimization to improve RoAS and reduce CAC.

3) Build dashboards, reports, and insights for weekly growth reviews.

4) Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to create better acquisition journeys.

5) Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and learnings.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years in growth/performance marketing or digital acquisition.

- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, UAC.

- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus).

- Deep understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, RoAS, retention).

- Hustle mindset with a bias for execution and results.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Location & Setup - Bangalore (on-site only)
