We are seeking an experienced and datadriven Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will lead SEO strategy manage onpage and offpage SEO efforts and ensure optimal website performance to drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms SEO best practices and analytics along with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic

What you will do:
SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals targeting both shortterm and longterm traffic growth.
OnPage Optimization: Optimize website architecture metadata and content for improved search engine rankings. Ensure website pages are correctly structured and optimized for target keywords.
OffPage SEO: Develop and manage linkbuilding campaigns collaborate with content and outreach teams and ensure backlinks from highauthority domains.
Keyword Research: Conduct advanced keyword research to identify opportunities for content and ranking improvement utilizing industrystandard tools like Ahrefs SEMrush etc.
Technical SEO: Analyze and resolve issues related to crawl errors site speed and other technical aspects that impact search engine performance.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics Search Console etc.) to measure and report on the success of SEO strategies and make datadriven recommendations.
Content Strategy: Work closely with content teams to optimize blogs landing pages and other site assets for SEO while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting regular competitor analysis and implementing strategies that improve search visibility.
Collaboration: Liaise with developers UX/UI teams and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into web design and new projects.
Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with SEO trends algorithm changes and best practices to ensure ongoing growth in organic search performance

Requirements Graduate in any stream.
3 5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns.
Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog and others.
Strong understanding of technical SEO including site audits HTML CSS and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain SEO concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
