About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Delivery team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Corporater solutions to enterprise clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning and kickoff to go-live and handover

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Technical Consultants

- Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

- Ensure adherence to Corporates project governance framework and methodology

- Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear reporting for all stakeholders

- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project goals and schedules

- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless implementation experience

- Support pre-sales and scoping activities as needed, including effort estimation and resource planning

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

- 6- 10 years of experience managing enterprise software or SaaS implementation projects

- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully, on time and within budget

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

- Solid client engagement and stakeholder management skills

- Commercial acumen with the ability to align delivery with business value

- Strong planning and organizational skills, including time management and milestone tracking

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)

- Familiarity with GRC, BPM, or performance management solutions is a plus

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams

- Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge conventional approaches

- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset

- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with global teams when required

- Experience working with GRC platforms such as Corporater, RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC,

OneTrust, or similar
