Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs.

- Perform Gap Analysis and Fit-Gap Analysis, and prepare detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

- Provide accurate effort estimation and resource planning based on business requirements.

- Deep understanding and application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in NAV projects.

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional issues within Dynamics NAV.

- Plan and manage the implementation of third-party add-ons and integrations as required.

- Deliver effective user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.

- Handle client communications professionally and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.

- Possess strong functional knowledge across multiple modules such as General Ledger, Manufacturing, Finance, Trade, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, Receivables & Payables, and Inventory.

- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and impact analysis for process improvements.

- Exhibit flexibility, initiative, and strong organizational skills to meet project deadlines and business goals.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies :

- Proven experience in end-to-end MS Dynamics NAV implementation.

- Strong functional and business process knowledge of Dynamics NAV.

- Ability to create and maintain detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

- In-depth understanding of SDLC methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client handling and stakeholder management.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA/CA or equivalent technical/business degree.

- Prior experience working as a Solution Architect or senior functional consultant in Dynamics NAV projects.

- Exposure to implementing third-party add-ons and customizations within NAV.
