Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering and interact closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges.

- Conduct detailed Fit-Gap analysis and document Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

- Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions aligning with business needs.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented as per specifications.

- Provide guidance on business process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities.

- Assist in the end-to-end implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.

- Deliver user training and create comprehensive documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Dynamics 365.

- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and advise on potential enhancements.

- Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.

- Communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement modules).

- Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and related domains.

- Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.

- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, features, and configurations.

- Familiarity with implementation methodologies and SDLC.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and client management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience working as part of large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Exposure to integration scenarios with third-party applications.

- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred but not mandatory).
