Key Responsibilities : - Lead requirement gathering and interact closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges.- Conduct detailed Fit-Gap analysis and document Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).- Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions aligning with business needs.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented as per specifications.- Provide guidance on business process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities.- Assist in the end-to-end implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.- Deliver user training and create comprehensive documentation.- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Dynamics 365.- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and advise on potential enhancements.- Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.- Communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.Must-Have Skills & Competencies : - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement modules).- Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and related domains.- Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, features, and configurations.- Familiarity with implementation methodologies and SDLC.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and client management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.Preferred Qualifications : - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.- Experience working as part of large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.- Exposure to integration scenarios with third-party applications.- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred but not mandatory).
