We’re now looking for aSenior Performance Marketing Managerto join our team onsite in Bangalore — someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong command of all things performance marketing.Role Overview:TheSenior Performance Marketing Managerwill be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing high-performance digital campaigns across platforms likeGoogle Ads ,Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , andLinkedIn Ads . You will lead full-funnel campaign strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) while integratingATL ,BTL , andTTLmethodologies. Your goal: drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and business growth for our clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge, creative thinking, analytical skills, and experience working directly with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Campaign ManagementDevelop and implementfull-funnel digital marketing strategies(TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored to each stage of the customer journey. Plan and execute campaigns acrossGoogle Ads ,Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , andLinkedIn Ads , with advanced segmentation and audience targeting. IntegrateATL (Above the Line) ,BTL (Below the Line) , andTTL (Through the Line)marketing techniques into digital media planning. Create scalable strategies for bothlead generationande-commerce/conversion-drivencampaigns. Ensure proper UTM tagging, tracking, and attribution are in place for accurate campaign performance insights.Analytics, Optimization & BudgetingMonitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics:CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR , andLTV . Perform A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to optimize campaign performance. Build and manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and low cost-per-acquisition. UseGoogle Analytics ,Google Tag Manager ,Looker Studio , and CRM data for data-driven decision-making. Applyattribution modeling(last-click, data-driven, linear, etc.) to assess true campaign performance across the funnel.Creative & Ad Copy StrategyCollaborate with content and design teams to develop compellingad creatives and ad copyfor multiple personas and funnel stages. Bring a creative and data-backed approach to messaging, layout, and design that drives engagement and conversions. Provide strategic input onad copywriting , creative testing, and messaging optimization.Client Communication & ReportingServe as a senior-level point of contact for client accounts, aligning marketing strategies with client goals. Delivermonthly and quarterly performance reports , insights, and strategic recommendations. Advise clients on opportunities, new strategies, and channel expansion based on campaign performance data.Team Collaboration & InnovationCollaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, content, dev) to align campaign strategies with broader digital marketing goals. Keep up with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve. Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal SOPs, workflows, and reporting templates.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:Platform & Technical Expertise5+ years of hands-on experiencein performance marketing within an agency or fast-paced environment. Proven success withGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) ,Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) , andLinkedIn Ads . Proficient in campaign setup, advanced audience targeting, bid strategy selection, and scaling. Experience withremarketing ,dynamic ads , andcustom/conversion audiences . Strong understanding ofGoogle Analytics (GA4) ,Google Tag Manager , and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Comfortable usingdata visualization tools(e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics)Strategy & Funnel UnderstandingDeep understanding ofTOFU, MOFU, BOFUstrategies for both B2B and B2C campaigns. Strong grasp ofmarketing funnel dynamics ,customer journey mapping , andlifecycle marketing . Experience integratingATL, BTL, and TTLstrategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Ad Copy & Creative ThinkingExperience inconceptualizing and optimizing ad copythat converts, for paid social and search platforms. Ability to work with design and content teams to drivecreative testingandmessage-market fit . Analytical & Optimization SkillsStrong analytical mindset — capable of interpreting data to drive decisions. Ability to conductROI analysis ,budget forecasting , andperformance diagnostics . Experience withattribution modeling ,multi-channel tracking , andconversion rate optimization (CRO) . Soft Skills & LeadershipExcellent communication and presentation skills — ability to explain complex data clearly to stakeholders and clients. Strong project management and time management skills. Experience mentoring junior team members or managing small teams is a plus. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
