Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an e-commerce specialist located in Noida. The person will be responsible exclusively for Amazon.com sales, cataloguing and marketing.


  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth on Amazon USA.
  • Optimize product listings for improved search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Manage advertising campaigns and promotions to enhance product visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely fulfilment of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and E-Commerce knowledge
  • Knowledge of Amazon Platforms including AMS
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales experience and ability to drive revenue
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing and online advertising
