Having experienced significant growth in reach, revenue, and operations, especially with the Darshan Raval x Lovegen drops, in the last eight months, we're building our founding team to supercharge our efforts. We've completed our 0-1 journey and are looking for passionate individuals to join us in the next phase of this rocketship.

The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing ourlistings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, and other potential platforms.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar setting, will be responsible forcataloging, operational management, and marketing of our marketplaces, and showcase theability to develop strategies to increase revenue and expand our marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management:Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, and other potential marketplacesEnsure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search

2. Stock Management:Monitor and manage stock levels across all marketplacesCoordinate with the inventory and the website team to ensure timely replenishment of stock

3. Listing Optimization and Operations Management:Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and salesImplement SEO best practices to enhance product discoverabilityCreate and upload new product listings as neededOrder processing and fulfillment is done accurately

4. Sales Reporting:Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementProvide regular updates and insights to the management team

5. Liaising with Marketplace Managers:Build and maintain relationships with marketplace managers on platforms like Ajio and MyntraWork with them to push sales, participate in promotional activities, and resolve any issues

6. Marketing:Plan and execute discount and promotional strategies to boost salesMonitor the performance of promotions and adjust strategies as neededRun and optimize ads

Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio etc)Excellent analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from sales dataAbility to plan and execute strategies to drive revenue and growthDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsPast experience of working with apparel brands in an agency/brand setting is required
