HSE SupervisorLocation: QatarAbout the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site operations. This role involves monitoring workplace practices, conducting inspections, and implementing safety programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk prevention.Key Responsibilities:- Implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. - Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to ensure compliance with industry best practices. - Identify potential hazards and develop corrective and preventive action plans. - Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to enhance awareness among employees and contractors. - Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvement measures. - Liaise with management and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to environmental sustainability standards.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Oil & Gas plant environment within the GCC region. - NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent qualification required. - Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and emergency response procedures. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work in a safety-driven and collaborative environment. - Be part of a team that prioritizes innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.-
