JoinAceolution.Location : Hyderabad Role : Program Manager Contract : One year Exp : 7-10 years of relevant work experienceRole Overview:The Operations Lead for this project is a critical role focused on ensuring the seamless, timely, and efficient execution of all project workflows. This individual is singularly responsible for maximizing throughput and guaranteeing the prompt delivery of tasks by optimizing the utilization of all available taskers. The primary objective is to facilitate the rapid transmission of workflow guidelines to PODs, ensure proper tooling setup, and enable PODs to commence tasks without delay. This role also encompasses the management of operational logistics such as attendance, PTOs, and timesheets, and ensuring that all necessary training is effectively administered to taskers & leads. The Operations Lead will serve as a key coordinator among internal stakeholders, including main leads, pod leads, technical writers, and data scientists, to achieve overall project efficiency and successfully manage multiple simultaneous workflows under extremely tight deadlines, often requiring same-day deliveries. Through strategic planning, this resource optimizes workflows, identifies workarounds for challenges, and cultivates efficient ways of working.Responsibilities: ● Set up and manage large in-house/outsourced project execution teams and their associated processes to ensure successful project completion. ● Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress, potential risks, delays, and team performance to globally dispersed teams, executives, and other sponsors. ● Take the lead in driving cross-office collaboration and resolving any site-related differences ● Manage the execution of multiple simultaneous workflows under extremely tight deadlines, often requiring same-day deliveries. ● Ensure the seamless and timely transmission of workflow guidelines to PODs. ● Verify that the correct tooling setup is in place for all tasks. ● Ensure that PODs commence tasks as quickly as possible. ● Track attendance, PTOs, and timesheets for all team members. ● Ensure all appropriate training is in place and administered effectively. ● Coordinate between all internal stakeholders, including main leads, pod leads, technical writers, and data scientists. ● Support teams in fast-paced environments to drive large-scale delivery from concept to completion, leading through multiple evolutions. ● Prioritize, adapt to change, and provide flexible thought partnership in a rapidly evolving landscape. ● Ensure maximal utilization of all available taskers. ● Coordinate with Engineering and Cross-Product groups to identify and implement solutions for optimizing and scaling human computation micro-tasks. ● Understand various Google products, tools, and processes, leveraging them to drive operational efficiencies. ● Demonstrate passion for advancing AI initiatives.Minimum Qualifications ● 7-10 years of relevant work experience. ● Experience managing large-scale and dynamic operations, with competing resource requirements and priorities. Preferred Qualifications ● 7-10 years of relevant work experience, with 3 years of industry experience managing large-scale and dynamic operations involving hundreds of vendor-managed resources. ● Ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders. ● Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget. ● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. ● Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
