We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs for the sales team.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Manage the regional sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the region.
- Plan and execute market penetration strategies to reach new customer segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
Key Skills and 7 to 11 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the [specify industry if applicable].
