Job Position (Title): Inside Sales – Calling Team

Experience Required: 2- 8 Years

Location: Gurugram/Noida

Shift Timing: Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM IST


Technical Skill Requirements

Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

*Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)


Role and Responsibilities

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.


Required Skills

Sales Skills:

  • Understanding of prospect (people we are calling into) roles
  • Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle and experience with sales
  • Understanding of the US Market, various industries, seniority levels within a customer
  • Basic understanding of the sales process

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Team player
  • Basic understanding of technologies
  • Relationship building
  • Time management
  • Should be able to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to perform under high pressure
  • Experience working night shift
  • Should have a stable job history
  • Eagerness to learn
