Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2.5+ years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating a strong ability to manage HR functions, implement policies, and contribute to a positive work culture. The HR Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure HR practices are effectively aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and On-boarding:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  2. Oversee the On-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  3. Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.


Employee Relations:

1. Address employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.

2. Foster a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities and addressing employee grievances.

3. Implement employee engagement initiatives and monitor employee satisfaction.


Performance Management:

  1. Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
  2. Identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
  3. Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and developing improvement plans.


HR Policies and Compliance:

  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes.
  2. Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  3. Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.


Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  2. Conduct salary bench marking and job evaluations to maintain internal equity.
  3. Advise employees on benefits options and assist with enrollment.


HR Metrics and Reporting:

  1. Track HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment costs, and employee satisfaction.
  2. Prepare regular reports for senior management to provide insights into HR performance.
  3. Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2.5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a specific industry (interior designing/architect/real estate) relevant to the company.
  2. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  3. Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.
