Description : Job Title : React.js DeveloperExperience : 4 - 6 YearsLocation : Kochi (Hybrid / On-site)Employment Type : Full-timeAbout The Role : We are looking for a passionate React.js Developer with strong front-end development experience to build high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React.js, RESTful APIs, and modern UI frameworks, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.- Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and backend services.- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust, secure solutions.- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver on sprint goals.Required Skills & Experience : - 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.- Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile development practices.- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is an added advantage.- Exposure to Node.js or Next.js will be a plus.Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Nice to Have : - Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI or Tailwind CSS.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.What We Offer : - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge front-end technologies and enterprise-level projects.- Collaborative, innovation-driven culture.- Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
