Position:- Account Manager

 

Account Manager Job Description: -

 

We are looking for a senior account manager, who will handle all our accounting and the Finance activities. To be successful as an Account manager, you should have in depth knowledge of accounting procedures.

 

Experience: -

 

  • minimum 8+ years’ experience as senior accountant at manufacturing industry.


Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing system to keep financial records up to date.
  • Monitoring all day-to-day financial activity.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handling GST and other Taxation including TDS and Income Tax.
  • Negotiate contracts – purchase order and close agreements to maximum profits.
  • Checking and verifying invoice (sale – purchase)
  • Forecast and track key accounts metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.

 

Account Manager Requirements and Skills:

  • Master’s degree or inter CA in accounting, finance or relevant field.
  • Throughout graduation in English medium will be huge advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - (written and verbal).
  • 8+ years of experience as a senior accountant in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office (particularly in Excel)
  • Proficiency in accounting software including Tally and familiar with various ERP/CRM system.
