Position Title: Area Sales Head – Corporate Salary for a fast growing MNC Bank in India

Report To: Regional Sales Head – Corporate Salary

Job Purpose:

Key Accountability: The key accountability is to increase liability and asset portfolio through specific

focus on Corporate Salary Business

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 Manage a team of personal bankers – CEP who will go out in the market to source quality salary

accts

 Ensuring continuous empanelment of Mid & Small size corporates (Including successful startups)

for DBS salary accounts

 Coordinate with internal teams of the location (SME, Wealth, Branch) to explore upsell of Salary

opportunities.

 Ensuring regular salary credits in the accts sourced by the team through various plans.

 Devise marketing strategy and campaign management for corporates including induction

programs.

 Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and initiatives to augment business.

 Conduct various marketing activities and events in corporates to generate steady flow of leads

and closures

 Continuous training of various banking products and upskilling of the personal bankers

 Cross sell of various products like insurance, Gold Loan, Credit Cards, CLAP, UL etc. to generate

revenue and get profitable

 Ensure desired per person productivity of the personal bankers by daily sales management.

 Managing all aspects of risk and controls, governance etc. including trainings

Preferred Qualification and Experience: Graduate/MBA/P.G. with min 6-10 years of relevant

experience in corporate salary segment

Core Competencies:

 Goal Oriented and Organized team player

 Strong interpersonal skills.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be a listener,

 A good presenter and people- person.

Technical Experience and Competencies:

 Deep Banking knowledge

 Computer Skills and digital knowledge
