SEO SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to improve organic search results for our clients desktop and mobile websites. You will be responsible for conducting SEO analysis, executing strategies for on-page and off-page optimization, and monitoring search performance to ensure continuous growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:- Optimize organic search results for both desktop and mobile sites across major search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)- Conduct comprehensive SEO analysis and provide actionable recommendations on website structure, content, and technical elements- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO goals, including keyword-specific content development- Manage search engine programs such as XML sitemaps, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for diagnostic reporting and performance monitoring- Drive on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building, to enhance ranking, domain authority, and website traffic- Analyze web analytics dashboards and derive insights to guide SEO strategy and support business objectives- Monitor and evaluate search results and performance trends, staying updated with current SEO best practices and search engine algorithms- Communicate progress, challenges, and results regularly with the team and management- Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and other team members to achieve client goals and project timelinesQualifications & Skills:- Master's in any related field.- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar- Experience with XML sitemap creation, technical SEO audits, and website structure optimization- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Up-to-date knowledge of current SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes (ref:iimjobs.com)
