Requirements:

- Strong foundational knowledge in the LLMOps stack, including:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Fine-tuning techniques

- Experience with GenAI development frameworks such including:

- LangChain

- LangGraph

- Haystack

- LlamaIndex

- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially Vertex AI for hosting and deploying GenAI apps

- Knowledge of rapid prototyping tools like Streamlit and Chainlit

- Experience with backend development for user authentication and storage using Firebase or Supabase

- Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for efficient information retrieval

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and optimization techniques

- Experience with model evaluation metrics and testing frameworks for GenAI applications


Preferred Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience developing Generative AI solutions, preferably in product based start-up organizations

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications are highly valued

- Individuals (including freshers) who have created novel GenAI based projects on Github/Huggingface previously are encouraged to apply. Work experience requirements may be relaxed for such candidates.
