Job Description: Position: Generative AI Developer - AI Education Team Jaipuria group is seeking a passionate and skilled Generative AI Software Developer to join our AI Education team. As a key member of our innovative Gen AI solution, you will help shape the future of education technology. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions for education - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our educational platform - Optimize model performance and ensure scalability of AI applications - Contribute to the development of innovative Gen AI use cases in education - Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality, well-documented code Requirements: - Proficiency in Python and its AI/ML libraries like numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow - Strong foundational knowledge in the LLMOps stack, including: - Large Language Models (LLMs) - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Fine-tuning techniques - Experience with Gen AI development frameworks such including: - Lang Chain - Lang Graph - Haystack - Llama Index - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially Vertex AI for hosting and deploying Gen AI apps - Knowledge of rapid prototyping tools like Streamlit and Chainlit - Experience with backend development for user authentication and storage using Firebase or Supabase - Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for efficient information retrieval - Familiarity with prompt engineering and optimization techniques - Experience with model evaluation metrics and testing frameworks for Gen AI applications Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field - 2-3 years of experience developing Generative AI solutions, preferably in product based start-up organizations - Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications are highly valued - Individuals (including freshers) who have created novel Gen AI based projects on Github/Huggingface previously are encouraged to apply. Work experience requirements may be relaxed for such candidates.
