Summary:We are looking for a skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end ERP project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.- Coordinate with technical, functional, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare project reports.- Ensure quality assurance and user training during deployment.- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP project management.- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, and Production.- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- PMP / Agile certification will be an added advantage.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work on diverse ERP implementations across industries.- Growth-oriented environment with continuous learning opportunities.- Collaborative work culture with professional development support.
