Branding & Content Specialist About the job:Company DescriptionFounded in 2009, OpenXcell is a leader in AI-driven innovation, offering next-gen software development services to propel businesses into the future.Our global team of 500+ experts has successfully delivered over 1000 transformative solutions, with specializations in AI strategy, custom LLMs, web and mobile app development, data engineering, and blockchain technologies.We excel in creating tailored AI and software solutions that enhance productivity and optimize operations across various industries.With strategic locations in India, the USA, and beyond, OpenXcell is your ideal partner in innovation.Join us to unlock the power of AI and turn your ideas into revenue-generating business solutions.Job description:Role & responsibilities:- Define and maintain the brand tone, voice, and messaging across all digital platforms.- Plan, create and curate content for social, campaigns, blogs, and community posts.- Collaborate with the design team to create visual templates, assets, and brand guidelines that are reusable and scalable.- Plan and execute content for new game launches, seasonal events, and promotions.- Work with product and marketing teams to align content with business goals and campaigns.- Track trends, memes, and conversations that resonate with Gen Z and gaming communities, and adapt them to Minibets brand style.- Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all communication.Preferred candidate profile- Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.- Strong grasp of brand storytelling, positioning, and digital communication.- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.- Ability to translate gaming culture into creative campaigns and messaging.- Hands-on experience working with design teams and creatives.- Ability to plan content calendars, work under deadlines, and manage multiple projects.- High energy, proactive, and passionate about gaming and digital culture.Preferred Skills:- Experience in gaming, crypto, or online entertainment industries.- Knowledge of design tools (Figma/Canva familiarity is a plus).- Exposure to social media community building (Discord, Telegram, Reddit).- Prior experience in brand strategy or campaign ideation (ref:iimjobs.com)
