Key Responsibilities- Lead the product design lifecycle from research, wireframes, and prototypes to final high-fidelity designs.- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.- Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing UI/UX solutions that enhance customer engagement and conversion.- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.- Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.- Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistent product experiences.Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.- 10+ years of professional experience in product management and UI/UX design.- Proven portfolio of successful web and mobile product designs.- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals for effective developer collaboration.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience in eCommerce or SaaS product design.- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) for data-driven design improvements.- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
