Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Automobiles Field Sales professional to join our team full-time at our Bangalore Urban location. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience in automobile sales. This role requires engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and employing strategic sales techniques and market analysis to close sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong skills in automobile sales with proven track record in the field (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software for managing and analyzing customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills aimed at closing sales deals effectively and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent market analysis skills to comprehand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Skilled in lead generation strategies to identify, evaluate, and pursue sales opportunities efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact with customers, understand their needs, and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Awareness of automotive industry trends to provide informed suggestions and stay ahead in the competitive market.
