Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.Vision : The Immersive & Interactive Layer for Every Screen & SurfaceFlam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences inKey Focus Areas :Product Roadmap : Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement. Geography : Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations. Partnerships : Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.About the Role We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative products. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in defining product requirements, analyzing markets, gathering user feedback, and coordinating across teams to drive product success. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, user experience, and product development.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to define product requirements and roadmaps. Assist in drafting user stories, wireframes, and product specifications. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback to drive product improvements. Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports to track product success. Participate in product launches, ensuring effective coordination between teams. Support day-to-day product management activities including documentation, meeting facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of launches.Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or recent graduate). Prior exposure or experience in product management is a plus. Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel is a plus.Skills Passion for technology, product development, market research, and user experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is a bonus.What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in the end-to-end product management lifecycle.
