Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Owner/Product Manager with hands-on experience in Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL) and Input/Output (I/O) Hardware Abstraction. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the development of embedded software solutions that enable seamless hardware-software interaction in automotive and industrial systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering robust and scalable products that meet customer requirements and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities :


- Product Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for MCAL and I/O Hardware Abstraction layers, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.


- Product Roadmap : Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and technological advancements.


- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, developers, and system architects, to gather and define detailed product requirements for MCAL and I/O hardware abstraction.


- Hands-On Development : Provide technical leadership and contribute to the development and integration of MCAL and I/O abstraction layers, ensuring high performance and compatibility with various microcontrollers and hardware platforms.


- Backlog Management : Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team understands the requirements and works on the most valuable features first.


- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring that all teams are aligned with the product goals and timelines.


- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact the product. Use these insights to inform product development and positioning.


- Testing & Validation : Oversee the testing and validation of MCAL and I/O hardware abstraction layers, working closely with QA teams to ensure that all features meet quality standards and customer expectations.


- Documentation : Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, architecture, and user guides, facilitating smooth adoption and integration by end-users and development teams.


- Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve the product, adding new features and refining existing ones based on real-world :


Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related :


- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on MCAL and I/O Hardware Abstraction.


- Proven experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role within the automotive or industrial sectors.


- Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures, hardware-software interfaces, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).


Skills :


- Deep technical expertise in MCAL, including configuration, development, and integration.


- Hands-on experience with I/O hardware abstraction, including GPIO, ADC, PWM, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C).


- Strong knowledge of automotive standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.


- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear product features and priorities.
