You’ll be part of a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative culture where new ideas are welcomed, and your work directly shapes the future of commerce.About The Role – Key Account ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our India Sales Team. In this role, you will manage large enterprise accounts, grow strategic relationships, and drive adoption of Ingenico’s advanced payment solutions. You will also identify and convert new business opportunities to expand Ingenico’s market presence across assigned geographies.This is a Full-Time, Permanent role based in India, with travel across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned customer accounts. - Manage and grow key enterprise clients across banks, fintechs, and large merchants. - Drive value-based selling, identify revenue opportunities, and create a robust sales pipeline. - Build tailored proposals and positioning to showcase Ingenico’s payment solutions and services. - Strengthen relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Lead commercial negotiations and closure of service, commercial, and legal contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, operations, and solutions teams. - Ensure seamless after-sales support — issue resolution, escalation handling, and customer satisfaction. - Track and report account status, forecasts, and pipeline activities via SFDC accurately and on time. - Monitor competitive movement and market trends to increase Ingenico’s market share. - Drive outstanding collections and ensure timely payments from assigned accounts. - Coordinate with internal teams (product, customer service, project, tech) to deliver superior customer experience. - Oversee project delivery milestones, identify delays early, and ensure swift resolution.What You’ll BringEducation• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred).Experience• 7–10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management within Fintech, Payments, or Acquiring side of Banking.• Strong understanding of POS terminals, merchant acquiring, or digital payments ecosystem.Skills & Competencies• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication.• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.• Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver revenue targets.• Problem-solving and solution-selling mindset.• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.• Customer-centric, proactive, and high-ownership approach.Nice to Have• Exposure to multi-country markets in South Asia.• Experience handling enterprise-level digital transformation / payment modernization initiatives.What We Offer- A culture that celebrates innovation and recognizes performance. - Learning & development programs to accelerate your growth. - Opportunity to work with global teams and cutting-edge payment solutions.At Ingenico, diversity fuels innovation.
