We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Head of Operations with over 16 years of leadership in managing large-scale projects across diverse industries including operations, training, and development for both government and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, risk mitigation, and team leadership, driving operational excellence across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring successful execution and on-time delivery within budget.
- Oversee operations and logistics for nationwide training programs, government projects, and technical solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, monitoring progress and resolving issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
- Manage relationships with corporate and government clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance.
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to upper management, improving transparency and efficiency.
- Supervise financials, including budgeting, cash flow, and revenue management, to maintain profitability and resource allocation.
- Establish new project sites and ensure all operational SOPs are followed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams to optimize productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in related field, with relevant certifications in project management or operations.
- 10+ years of experience managing Pan India operations, training programs, and handling large government and corporate projects.
- Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, operations, and multi-site projects.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, risk assessment, and financial oversight.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with industries like aviation, logistics, automotive, and manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong technical and operational knowledge in simulator training, mechanical systems, and safety training operations.
- Experience with government project operations, including ICT training, self-defense programs, and skill development initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing training centers and leading large teams to success.
