About Company : They balance innovation with an open, friendly culture and the backing of a long-established parent company, known for its ethical reputation.We guide customers from whats now to whats next by unlocking the value of their data and applications to solve their digital challenges, achieving outcomes that benefit both business and society.Job Title : FDI Consultant.Location : : 8+ yrs.Job Type : Full Time.Notice Period : Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion technologies and demonstrate the ability to lead a team in delivering high quality data solutions.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in data : - Lead and mentor a team of data professionals in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions.- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Oversee the development and deployment of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.- Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, data quality, and data security.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion and data intelligence technologies.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.- Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.Mandatory Skills : - Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.- Proficient in Oracle Fusion Technical components, including but not limited to data modeling, ETL, and reporting.- Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.- Solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles.- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with cloud based data solutions and integration with Oracle Cloud.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar.- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, or Python.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 1 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical lead role.- Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.
