We're Hiring: Business Lead – Digital Axle Counter

Eldyne, a pioneer in Railway Signalling & Automation with over three decades of expertise, is looking for an accomplished leader to head our Digital Axle Counter (DAC) business — a strategic and high-growth vertical in our portfolio.

This senior leadership role is based in Kolkata and offers the opportunity to:

Engage with key stakeholders like RDSO, Zonal Railways and international partners.

Lead strategic growth across Indian Railways and global markets.

Leverage our nearly 3 decades of partnership with Thales (now Hitachi) to introduce next-generation axle counter technologies and our 4 decades of manufacturing and innovating in Railway Signalling Systems.

Drive innovation, operational excellence and financial sustainability.

We're looking for:

Strong network with RDSO and Indian Railways leadership.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical).

MBA from a premier institute.

15–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Railway Signalling experience strongly preferred).

Proven track record in business development, project execution and stakeholder management.
