Obtain supervisory approval of timecard discrepancies. Accuracy of New Hire details in payroll system. Update tax information for new hires based on the submitted tax forms. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions. Generate reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, disability, and non-taxable wages and uploading the details in software. Validate payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security. Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Perform payroll and tax audits within timelinesAny Additional Job Details: UG – Any Graduate – Accounting Specialization Experience in Payroll. US Payroll preferred. Candidates with min 2-3yrs work experience in a similar role mandatory. Preference to associates having hands on experience in handling US Payroll Operation. AR/AP, MIS profiled could be considered. Candidate should have excellent analytical skill Excellent Mathematical Skills and attention to detail Competent with MS Excel, and familiar with any Payroll Software Ability to Work on a Deadline and multitask in high-volume high-speed environment.
