Job Description :

We are seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Employee Central, including hands-on experience in Time Off and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate should have implemented Employee Central within complex environments and completed at least 2 global projects involving multiple countries.

Expertise in employee data management, organizational management, and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems is required. Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, reporting, and managing Time Off and Benefits processes within Employee Central is essential. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are also needed.
