Must Have:

  • Minimum 5 - 8 End-End-To Implementations in EC.
  • Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management.
  • Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows.
  • Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes.
  • Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits.
  • Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
  • Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management.
  • Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
  • Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Successfactors Integration Center.
  • Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge in intelligent Services.
  • Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage.
  • Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales.
