Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about strategic planning and eager to support datadriven decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess business risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Project Management: Support strategic projects including planning execution and monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the strategic planning field.
