Description:Location: Bangalore.Experience: 4-5 years.Industry Preference: NBFCs, Banks, FinTechs (loan sales).Business Development Manager Acquire and onboard new customers through direct sales and field activities.- Promote and sell financial products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, secured/unsecured loans).- Generate leads via networking, references, cold calling, and market mapping.- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.- Achieve sales targets and manage pipeline using CRM tools.- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Finance (preferred).- 4-5 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI/Financial Services (loan sales).- Strong track record in field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
