Role Overview:

- As a digital CFO, you will lead the finance function with a strong focus on leveraging digital technologies to enhance financial operations, analytics, and strategy.


- You will play a crucial role in driving business transformation by utilizing data-driven insights, automating processes, and improving financial performance through advanced digital tools.


- This position requires a blend of traditional CFO expertise and cutting-edge digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Oversee all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company's growth strategy.

- Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate finance activities to support business expansion.

Digital Transformation:

- Drive digital finance initiatives, including automation of finance processes (AP/AR, payroll, etc.).

- Implement cloud-based financial systems and ERPs to streamline reporting and analysis.

- Use advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning for financial modeling, predictive analysis, and business forecasting.

- Champion a data-driven culture, focusing on real-time decision-making and digital reporting tools.

Financial Control & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and internal controls.

- Oversee cash flow management, treasury, and risk management with digital tools for monitoring.

- Develop and enforce policies to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Operational Efficiency & Cost Management:

- Implement financial performance metrics and dashboards for efficient decision-making.

- Lead cost optimization initiatives leveraging technology (automation, AI-based spend management, etc.).

- Partner with other departments to integrate financial operations with overall business goals.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and develop the finance team with a focus on upskilling in digital tools and technologies.

- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement in the finance function.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

- CA/CFA, MBA in Finance from a Tier 1 MBA college.

- Additional certifications in digital finance, data analytics, or AI-driven finance solutions are a plus.

Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in senior finance roles, including 5+ years in a digitally-focused financial leadership role.

- Proven experience with financial digital transformation and the implementation of ERP/financial management systems.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in advanced financial modeling, data analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud) and financial automation tools.

- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in finance is highly desirable.

Leadership & Communication:

- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performance finance teams.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
