Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Accounts and Others Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements (IGAAP and IndAs) on an quarterly and annual basis

2. Documentation and understanding of financial statements and report review, analyze and internal report creation.

3. Compliance with requirements of Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013, Schedule VI of the Companies Act 1956.

4. Compliance with Accounting Standard, Audit Reports, Preparing Computation and filling of Income tax returns.

5. Responsible to supervise the routine accounting function and comply with strict month-end, quarter- end, year-end closer of books.

6. Documentation related to accounting and making accurate entries in BOA (Book keeping) and Handling overall Accounts in Tally ERP9

7. Responsible for Statutory Compliance (TDS and GST).

8. Controlling the General Ledger activities by scrutinizing the ledger accounts periodically and ensure compliances.

9. Monitoring and controlling of suppliers advance payments, outstanding balances and ageing analysis

10. Suppliers Accounts Reconciliation and obtaining balance confirmations.

11. Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables, Payables Bank, Involved In reconciliation and review of various Accounts like Debtors Reconciliation, GST Reconciliation and checking of Bank Reconciliation Statements.

12. Handling & preparing data for statutory audits and internal audits requirement.

13. Coordinating with Payroll team and ensure for timely payment of Provident Fund (PF), Profession Tax (PT) etc.

Direct & Indirect Tax compliance work-

1. Monthly Calculation of Tax Payable, Timely Payment, Passing Accounting entries.

2. Computing TDS liability on monthly basis.

3. Analyzing applicability of TDS on various transactions.

4. Verifying TDS default & late payment interest

5. Issuing TDS/TCS Certificates on quarterly basis.

6. Preparing 26AS Reconciliation for various entities before filing IT Returns.

7. Computing Monthly GST Liability, GST ITC Reconciliation with Books & GSTR2A/2B Report & follow up with Accountant/Vendor for the same on continues basis.

Experience Required : 2 to 4 years:

1. Previous work experience being from a Listed Company.

2. Proficient with Microsoft office package and accounting software tools.

3. Proficient communication skills

Educational Qualification:

- Qualified or Semi Qualified CA, ACCA
