Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is integral to driving our growth by identifying new opportunities, enhancing market presence, and supporting both online and offline sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business development and marketing and be passionate about helping shape and execute strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and emerging markets to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to support business development initiatives and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Provide fresh perspectives and insights to enhance current business practices.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of comprehensive business development plans.
  • Oversee and support both online and offline sales efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful outreach.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to ensure the company's offerings remain relevant.
  • Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and successfully implementing business development strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in both online and offline sales channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to drive business results and meet/exceed growth targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
