The ideal candidate will be responsible for *cold calling, lead generation, and converting inquiries into qualified site visits and sales*.Key Responsibilities* Conduct *cold calls* to prospective buyers and generate interest in residential/commercial real estate projects.* Identify, qualify, and nurture *leads* through effective communication and follow-ups.* Convert potential inquiries into *site visits* and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.* Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.* Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans to clients.* Achieve *weekly and monthly targets* for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.* Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.* Handle customer queries professionally and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Requirements:* 0–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales, preferably in Real Estate.* Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.* Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with project offerings.* Goal-oriented and comfortable working under target-driven environments.* Proficient in using *MS Office, CRM tools, and call tracking systems*.* Freshers with strong communication and interest in real estate are welcome to apply.Compensation & Benefits:* Fixed Salary + Lucrative Incentives on every lead conversion and site visit closure.* Monthly performance bonuses.* Training and professional growth opportunities.* Supportive and energetic team environment.
