Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies who can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to foster audience engagement and grow our online community.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials for online channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor strategies.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various online channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience with SEO strategies and techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
