We are looking for an accomplishedHead – Utilitiesto lead all utility operations and infrastructure for ourGreenfield TopCon solar cell manufacturing facility . This is a unique opportunity todesign, build, and operate world-class utilities systems from the ground up , enabling safe, efficient, and high-volume production.Job Location : OdishaThis role requiresdeep technical expertise , proven leadership, and close collaboration with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensurecontinuous, reliable, and optimizedutility supply in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Key Focus Areas: Uninterrupted Utilities Supply– Oversee electricity, water (DM, UPW), process gases (H₂, N₂, O₂, Ar), compressed air, vacuum, chemical delivery, and HVAC systems. Production Support– Maintain stable utilities for PECVD, PVD, thermal, wet chemical, and metallization processes. Greenfield Infrastructure Delivery– Lead design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of utilities for >1GW capacity; ensure cleanroom and EHS compliance. Innovation & Efficiency– Optimize performance, monitor consumption, and drive energy/waste reduction initiatives. Safety & Compliance– Implement strict safety protocols, conduct audits, and train teams in chemical and gas handling. Team Leadership– Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.What We’re Looking For: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. 17+ years in utilities management within semiconductor, photovoltaic, or high-tech manufacturing (TopCon experience preferred). Proven success ingreenfieldor large-scale utility system projects.
