About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE 1) with a strong background in backend development, particularly with Node.js, and a passion for full-stack development. The ideal candidate will be strong in data structures and algorithms, capable of contributing to both backend and frontend tasks, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable backend solutions using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to create seamless full-stack applications using React.
  • Optimize application performance through efficient use of data structures and algorithms.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
  • Contribute to project planning and agile ceremonies.
  • Maintain and develop technical documentation.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.


Qualifications:

BTech, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development.

Proficiency in Node.js and familiarity with frontend technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

Experience with databases like MySQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in EasyEcom, WHM, or CRM systems like LeadSquared and Freshdesk integrations is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Exposure to cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of caching strategies, CDN integration, and WAF (Web Application Firewall) security.
  • Experience working on security projects or WAF integration.
