About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic Merchandise Manager to oversee and manage all merchandising activities. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and brand management skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and business alignment.Key Responsibilities:- Vendor Management: - Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries. - Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards to maintain brand integrity.- Client Interaction: - Communicate with clients to manage orders, ensure clarity on collections, and close sales efficiently. - Address client queries, feedback, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.- Store Liaisoning: - Act as the point of contact between the brand and partner stores. - Ensure brand presentation, visual merchandising, and stock displays align with brand guidelines.- Merchandising & Sourcing: - Identify and source the best places for merchandise displays, pop-ups, and events. - Research and propose new locations and opportunities for brand placement and expansion. -- Event Representation: - Travel to events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the brand professionally. - Support setup, coordination, and sales during brand events and showcases. -- Order & Inventory Coordination: - Oversee order tracking, stock movement, and timely client deliveries. - Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
