You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define, refine, and communicate the product vision aligned with organizational goals. Develop and maintain a clear strategic roadmap. Backlog Ownership Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization. Translate business needs and user insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate use cases, and refine priorities. Bridge communication between business and engineering teams. Documentation & Technical Understanding Prepare detailed user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation. Work closely with engineering teams with strong technical fluency. Agile Leadership Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure delivery of high-quality product increments. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements.Qualifications & Skills Experience 5–7 years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles. Core Skills Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Jira & Confluence. Strong documentation and analytical abilities.Mandatory Technical Skills Scrum & Agile UI Tools — Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping) API Testing (Postman) API Documentation Insurance Domain Knowledge — Must Have Good to Have Power BI / Tableau SQL Snowflake JSON XML XSLTDomain Requirement — Must HaveCandidatesmusthave prior hands-on experience in theInsurance domain .
