Job Description.Experience: 15 yearsLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka.Company Overview:- Celestia Crew Consultancy, A Delaplex Company.- Celestia Crew Consultancy, an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified subsidiary of DelaPlex Ltd., is a team of seasoned HCM industry specialists dedicated to guiding clients through Workforce Management (WFM) and HR transformation journeys.- We specialise in UKG, Anaplan, Infor/Workbrain, Legion & Blue Yonder, and excel at implementing EBA, predictive scheduling, forecasting, and compliance response mitigation to help organisations optimise performance and achieve strategic goals.Role Overview:- We are seeking an HCM Strategic Advisor to lead and grow our WFM practice across platforms such as UKG, Anaplan, Infor, Legion, and Blue Yonder, along with HR and Payroll solutions.- This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in workforce strategies, technology implementation, and client advisory services.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the HCM practice and provide strategic direction across multiple platforms (UKG, Anaplan, Infor, Legion, Blue Yonder).- Advise clients on workforce optimization, HR transformation, and payroll integration strategies.- Drive end-to-end project management for WFM and HR initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.- Develop and implement best practices for compliance, forecasting, and predictive scheduling.- Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategies with business goals.- Oversee HR and benefits strategy to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to align WFM strategies with business objectives.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive 15+ years in Workforce Management or HR consulting, with proven leadership in strategic advisory roles.Education: Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.- Strong expertise in HCM platforms (UKG, Infor, Legion, Blue Yonder).- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive-level engagement.- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex client projects.Desired Attributes:- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective workforce strategies.- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in WFM and HR technology.- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through WFM initiatives.Why Join Us?:- Be part of a dynamic team driving workforce transformation for global clients.- At Celestia Crew, we value innovation, collaboration, and excellence in delivering impactful solutions.
