SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) applications.- Develop and maintain ABAP programs using OOABAP, CDS views, OData services, and Function Modules.- Write unit tests using ABAP Unit and ensure high code quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business processes, especially in SD and PP-PI.- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.- Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.- Document technical specifications and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Maintain ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.- 6 to 8 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience, with mandatory RAP implementation exposure.- Proficient in ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, ABAP Unit, Data Dictionary, Function Modules, OData, and CDS.- Strong grasp of software design principles and object-oriented programming.- Functional knowledge in SAP SD and PP-PI modules is preferable.- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.- Team player with high ownership, accountability, and quality focus in diverse environments.
