What we do The Insurance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on end-to-end as well as modular core operational solutions and digital transformation for international insurance companies. Our main service portfolio covers system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP/SAP Fioneer’s insurance applications, including SAP Policy Management, SAP Product and Quotation Management, msg Product Manager, SAP Claims Management, SAP Incentives and Commission Management, SAP Commission, and SAP Collections and Disbursements In addition, we also provide consulting, implementation, and integration services for Factory (leading policy administration system for life insurance in Europe) for international insurance customers. On top our team is also advanced in the newest SAP Technology in Business Technology Platform area, so we provide development services for BTP. As one of the largest Insurance teams in the world, we employ SAP frontend/backend developers, S4i consultants, SAP integration consultants, SAP BTP consultants and insurance industry experts. What will you do Design, develop, and deliver robust ABAP solutions, with a strong focus on CDS views and the RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) model Develop and extend Fiori applications to meet evolving business needs and enhance user experience Translate functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring solutions align with best practices and client specifications Perform comprehensive unit testing and support integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables Collaborate closely with functional consultants and other team members throughout the project lifecycle for successful implementation Conduct root cause analysis and provide expert debugging support for complex ABAP, CDS, or Fiori-related issues Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing, potentially mentoring junior developers on new SAP technologies What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in below mentioned skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Strong problem solving and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adapt working with multiple stakeholders Must have skills/experience: S/4 HANA ABAP Fiori RAP Framework ODATA Rest APIS Strong hands-on experience in ABAP Object Oriented Programming Good to have skills/experience: Experience in ABAP Reporting including classical, ALV Reports Designing and developing, data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, search helps and in formatting the output of SAP documents with multiple options Modification/Creating new Adobe Forms Development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports) Hands on experience on ABAP Web dynpro and workflow Knowledge on UI5, CDS views Experience in SAP for insurance modules will be an added advantage What we offer A challenging and multi-cultural working environment with open access to a mentor for ongoing interaction and support Boost the development of your career in both technical and functional directions by comprehensive advanced education and certificates An attractive and competitive salary package, employee benefits and flexible working hours International exposure, internal and external training, and certifications to help you to further develop your talents Access to innovative and emerging technologies A team in which the core values are collaboration, thought leadership and entrepreneurship
