Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Location: Chennai / Madurai / CoimbatoreIndustry: Food Industry (Spices Division)Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in Tamil Nadu, focusing on Chennai, Madurai, and Coimbatore regions. The candidate must have strong experience in the food industry, specifically spices, and a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing markets, and leading a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and drive sales operations across the assigned region (Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore). - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key trade partners. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team goals. - Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities and promotions. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. - Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and business insights to senior management. - Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines.Requirements:- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the food industry, with at least 4–5 years in spices sales. - Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu markets, distribution network, and trade dynamics. - Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand market presence. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the assigned regions. - Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.Compensation:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
