Position Summary:Group Head – Brand Solutions must have expertise in a mainline advertising and events (70%) and a working understanding of digital marketing (30%) marketing agency, preference in handling BFSI, Oil & Nautural Gas sector clients. This role involves managing leading team , client relationships, driving strategy, executing campaigns, handling accounts, exploring business opportunities, and reporting to the AVP Brand Solutions.Job Requirements:1. Lead Mainline Campaigns & Events: Strategize and execute integrated mainline advertising and large-scale brand events, activations, and on-ground experiences.2. Drive Strategic Client Partnerships: Build strong client relationships, lead presentations, and provide brand consultation aligned with business objectives and market trends.3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal creative, production, and strategy teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless delivery of brand campaigns.4. Integrate Digital Elements: Oversee digital marketing components (social media, influencer outreach, performance marketing) to complement and enhance brand initiatives.5. Team Leadership & Growth: Manage and mentor a team of brand professionals, driving a culture of creativity, ownership, and high performance .Qualifications- Bachelor's, Master's degree, or Diploma degree in Marketing, Advertising, , Business, Mass Communication, Media or Entetainment a related field.- Strong leadership and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Strong understanding of in BFSI, Oil & Natural Gas , Real Estate, Auto, FMCG, or Retail sectors is preferred..ExperienceMinimum
•8+ years of experience in brand solutions, with strong expertise in mainline advertising and event marketing.(Mandatory)Team Leadership: At least 1 year leading a team of 2+ people (Mandatory)Managed projects worth ₹20 Lakhs or more Or handled revenue of ₹1 Cr+ per annum (company revenue, not sales) (Mandatory)BFSI / Energy Sector Experience: Preferred.Experienceto integrated campaigns with working knowledge of digital media.Proven track record of generating new business and growing existing accounts.
