Senior Specialist - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities from IT service-based companies.

- Proactively source and onboard new projects, leveraging existing networks and industry connections.

- Support presales and solutioning efforts to enhance client acquisition and secure long-term contracts.

- Understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of business strategies.

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Provide actionable market insights and contribute to strategic business planning.

- Drive business growth by bringing ready projects on hand and converting leads into revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, presales, or client solutions, specifically within IT service-based companies.

- Proven track record in sales, sourcing new projects, and business development.

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Highly ambitious, self-driven, and capable of delivering results in a short span.

- Ability to work independently and bring in new business with minimal supervision.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
