Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in international and domestic sales, particularly in the logistics and import/export services. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce process flows, as well as proficiency in import and export procedures. This role requires a strong command of English, both written and verbal, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for international and domestic markets.

- Identify and target potential clients, both domestically and internationally, through various channels including cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.

- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on e-commerce process flows, guiding clients through the SOR/MOR processes and addressing any related inquiries or concerns.

- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws to facilitate seamless international Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in sales, preferably in an e-commerce or international trading environment.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce process flows and familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.

- Knowledge of import and export procedures, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in managing CRM, and tools for lead generation (Apollo, Easyleadz etc.)

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
